Returns and Repairs

If you receive a damaged machine due to shipping please refuse shipment at the time of delivery and contact your dealer immediately. If package is received and damage is not visible until package is opened please take photos of the damage, contact your dealer and submit pictures to Laminator Specialties, Inc.

Note: all repairs must go through your dealer.
