Q. Where are your laminators made?
A. We make all of our laminators at our manufacturing facility in Temecula, California USA.

Q. I'm having trouble using one of your machines. What do I do?
A. Please call us at 951-225-4180 and you will be connected to a Service Technician. There's a good chance your problem can be solved over the phone.

Q. What is the warranty on your machines?
A. Our warranty is 1 year parts and labor for manufacturer's defects.

Q. I don't like something about your product. Who can I tell?
A. Please tell us. Over the years we have listened to many suggestions from customers to improve our products. Please contact our Customer Service department.
